Return Policy Terms:
· Our return policy covers Dead-On-Arrival items. If any item is received and is DOA then we can offer a replacement if available. A refund will only be issued if we do not have a replacement in stock. Items Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be notified within 14 days for a replacement. After 14 days we will NOT accept any exchanges. All of our items are thoroughly tested, as pictured in our listings, and are 100% functional when leaving the warehouse. If for any reason you receive an item that you believe is in a non-working condition or your item is "Not as Described" please contact us immediately through eBay’s messaging system to contact a technician so he can determine whether the product is in fact defective or not as described. This would involve the customer answering several questions and following the technician's directions for testing the item in question. If the technician feels that the item is defective, the technician will issue an RMA number.
· All item return requests must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by North Bay Tec before being shipped back. Please contact us through eBay's messaging system. Please do not return any items without an RMA number or other instructions by us. Any packages that are shipped to us without our knowledge or RMA number will be rejected and no replacements will be issued.
· Buyer takes full responsibility for ensuring that the item purchased is compatible with their system. If the buyer purchased an item by mistake that item may be returned for a refund and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
· All returned items must be unaltered and in the same condition as received by the purchaser. All returned items will undergo an inspection to ensure the item is the same item sold and in the same condition sold.
